Exporting your Data
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Export your search term and execution data from Rankscale as a CSV file or directly to Google Sheets. Rankscale does not gatekeep your data: every export includes the full underlying data, down to each individual execution.
Exporting Search Terms
Go to the Search Terms tab.
Select the search terms you want to export using the checkbox on the left of each row.
Click Export in the menu bar at the bottom.
In the Export Data dialog, choose a timeframe (1D, 7D, 30D, 3M, or All).
Click Download CSV File or Export to Google Sheets.
Tip: Select the timeframe before exporting. All includes the complete history for the selected search terms.
What the Export Includes
Your export contains the full data behind each execution, not just summary metrics. This includes:
The actual AI answer, available as Markdown in the Result Text tab (not available for all engines).
Sentiment data for each execution.
Citation data for each execution.
Because the data is provided per execution (per run), you can analyze results at the most granular level in your own spreadsheet or reporting tool.
